Welcome to the stories behind our travels. After leaving the UK in August 2012 we backpacked around Central America with hand luggage sized bags, travelling mainly by chicken bus. What began as a gap year soon grew into a longer adventure as we continued through Asia, staying with locals and discovering the joys of slow travel and travelling light. Our journeys carried on for another five years until we finally settled in Spain. I will be sharing my favourite stories here.
